NAYA Wholesale Terms

Eligibility and account approval

Wholesale access is limited to verified resale businesses. NAYA may request additional business evidence, reject an application, or revoke access when information is false, activity appears personal, or these terms are breached.

Ordering

The minimum wholesale order is 10 total pieces. Retailers may mix eligible earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets, with a minimum of one piece per style. Wholesale and retail items must be ordered separately.

Pricing and promotions

Wholesale pricing is private and available only after approval and sign-in. Retail discount codes, loyalty benefits, free-shipping promotions and consumer offers do not apply to wholesale orders.

Packaging and brand services

Wholesale items are supplied in standard unbranded packaging. NAYA does not provide custom logos, tags, cards, packaging or OEM services.

Permitted sales channels

Retailers may resell through their own website, social channels, Etsy shop, physical store, markets and pop-ups. Resale on Amazon, AliExpress or Temu is not permitted without NAYA's prior written consent.

Shipping, duties and delivery

Orders ship from China. Shipping quotes, delivery estimates, duties, taxes and customs terms shown for an order apply at the time it is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Claims and returns

Wholesale returns are accepted only for verified defects, incorrect items or transit damage. The retailer must contact NAYA with the order number and clear photos within seven calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Product content

Approved retailers may use product images and English product copy supplied in the private wholesale catalog solely to market authentic NAYA-supplied inventory. Content may not be resold, sublicensed or used to market goods from another supplier.
